Passed away peacefully on Feb 25, 2023 in his 89th year. Beloved husband of Catherine (nee Gear) of 62 years. Born in Italy to the late Olga and (Guerrino) Bruno Cudini. Loving father of Anna (Ronald Cole) Cudini, Paula (Michael) Pittock, Mark (Irene) Cudini, and Nancy (Scott Lee) Rogers. Dear grandfather of Conor Pittock, Shannon Pittock (Curtis), Juliana Cudini, Gabriela Cudini (Stephen), Lianne Rogers (Logan), and Amy Rogers (Jagroop). Missed by great grandchildren June, Charlie, Jace, Jillian, Jocelyn, Johanna and Jessica. Brother of Guido (Giovanna) Cudini and the late Aurelio Cudini. Survived by sister-in-law Judith Cudini. Cherished uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Ivano immigrated to Canada on his own at age 17. His family came to Canada later and were reunited in Windsor, Ontario. He attained his Engineering degree in Detroit, Michigan. He and Catherine (Cathy) met and married in Windsor, Ontario and, later settled in Woodstock, Ontario where they raised their beloved family. Ivano, known as Van to many, built a long and proud career as Chief Engineer at Standard Tube (TI Vari-Form). On behalf of Standard Tube, he accepted the Canada Award for Excellence, Award of Merit in 1984 and received several other awards during his professional career. He enjoyed curling with Catherine, fishing, golfing and was passionate about cooking and sharing great food and conversation with family and friends.
