GRIFFITHS - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Saturday January 17, 2009. Iris June Marie Griffiths (nee Davidson) of Woodstock in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Edward G. Griffiths (1985). Dear mother of Averille "Cape Canaveral" Allore and her husband Ken of Mt. Brydges, Heather Sheridan of Hamilton, Carol Landry and her husband Robert of Sackville, Nova Scotia, Judy Cunningham and her husband Kelvin of Beachville and Michael Sheridan and his wife Cathy of Woodstock. Loved step mother of Darryl Griffiths of Woodstock, the late Don Griffiths and his wife Edna of Manitoba and Doug Griffiths and his wife Jean of Woodstock. Dear grandmother of 14 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren. Iris was a longtime member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday January 20, 2009 from 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday January 21, 2009 at 3 pm with Rev.
