HEWITT - At Woodstock General Hospital on Wednesday February 16, 2005. Ida May Hewitt (nee Pearson) of Brick Pond Lane, Woodstock in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late James Hewitt (1993) and the late James H. McGregor (1997). Dear daughter of the late William and Elsie Pearson of Burgessville. Treasured mother of Ann Stadden and her husband Jim of Woodstock. Beloved grandmother of Pamela Stadden of Cambridge. Best friend of Leah Hamer and fondly remembered by Phyllis Pearson and her family as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her several brothers and a sister. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Jeff Kingswood officiating. Interment later in the Burgessville Baptist Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
