MCCORQUODALE- Died peacefully at Stratford General Hospital on Sunday May 14, 2006, Hugh Alexander McCorquodale of R.R.#6 Woodstock in his 64th year. Left to mourn his passing is his wife Barbara (nee Mewhinney), his daughter Beverly and her husband David Bridgman of Sarnia, his son Gary and his wife Heather McCorquodale of Thamesford, grandchildren Dylan, Jillian, Sierra and Meaghan. Step children Jodie and her husband Paul Dewar, Jeff Matheson and his friend Theresa, Dwayne and his wife Diane Matheson, Patti and her husband Mike Smith and Tim and his wife Kim Matheson and step grandchildren Dennis and Darryl Dewar, Travis, Nicholas, and Lucas Matheson, Brandon and Shaunna Smith and Cody and Bailey Matheson all of the Atwood area . Remembered by sisters Mary Hartley of Woodstock, Viola McColl of Dutton and Don and Joan McCorquodale of Mount Forest. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Etta Skinner and Alexander McCorquodale and sister Jean, brother-in-laws Don Hartley and Stewart McColl. Hugh was a member of the Sod Busters Hunt Club of Lake St. Peter and the Tavistock Rod and Gun Club in Harrington. Friends may call at the R. D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock (539-0004) on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 11:00 am with Rev.
