MILLS, Howard L.- Passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer on Tuesday, August 20th, 2019 in his 72nd year. Beloved husband of Monica Mills (nee Okkels). Loving step-father of Debbie (Steve) Murray and Rick (Shelley) Heyden. Proud grandfather of Travis, Ratchel, Nathalie, Mikayla, and Ben. Howard was an avid curler and golfer, he enjoyed his many years at Timberjack  and was passionate about his volunteer work with the V.O.N.. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Thursday, August 29th, 2019 from 10 to 11 am with the memorial service to follow in the chapel at 11:00 AM. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial donations to the Salvation Army, Woodstock, would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
