ROBERTSHAW, Herbert - At the Woodstock Hospital on Friday May 24, 2013. Herbert "Herb" Robertshaw of RR# 7, Woodstock in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Ruth V. (Nee Hallock) Robertshaw (2002) for over 54 years. Dear father of Vernon Robertshaw of Aylmer and Norma Hutchinson and her husband Fred of RR# 7, Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Marissa, Ainslie, Blaire, Dayna(Rick), Megan(Nik) and Sean. Dear brother of George Robertshaw(Shirley), and sister Mary Brown of Florida. Predeceased by his brothers Art Robertshaw (late Marion), John Robertshaw and sister Laura Fallowfield (late James), and daughter in law Leslie Bisbee and his parents Ralph and Florence (nee McDonald) Robertshaw. Herb had dairy farmed for many years on the 14th line of East Zorra and in his early years played hard ball for Hickson. He also supported the Progressive Conservative Party for many years. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday May 27, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11:00 am with Rev. Michelle Cockle officiating. Interment in the Anglican Cemetery.
