BARNEY, Herb R. - At the Woodstock Hospital on Saturday April 21st, 2012. Herbert "Herb" Ronald Barney of Woodstock in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Betty (McPherson) Barney for over 58 years. Dear father of John Barney, Jim Barney and Liz all of Woodstock and Wayne Barney of Toronto. Loved grandfather of Jeremy (Amanda) Barney and Kaeleigh (Matt) Barney and great grandfather of Noah. Dear brother of Leroy Barney of Montreal. Herb started with his father at Barney Printing at the age of 13 in 1945. He then became President and General Manager in 1969 until becoming Chairman of the Board in 1997. He was a member of the Gold Creek Hunting Club and a longtime member of the Oxford Golf and Country Club since 1959. Friends are welcome to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday April 24th, 2012 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Wednesday April 25 2012 at 11:00 am, with Rev.
