Henry "Hank" Roy

ROY, Henry (Hank) - The family of Hank Roy regret to inform all our friends and family of his passing at Woodstock Hospital on Thursday, September 17, 2015. Hank was born in Toronto on January 13, 1933, son of the late John and Helen Roy and brother to Kayo (Diane) Roy and Elsie Glover. Hank married Margaret (nee Brooks) in April, 1957 and moved to Woodstock, Ontario in 1960. Together they raised three children; Joanne (Felix), Brian (Kaley) and Mary Ellen (Rick). Devoted grandfather to his seven grandchildren. Hank loved baseball (Toronto Blue Jays), the telephone, displayed a great sense of humour and loved to have fun! Friends are invited to meet with family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Tuesday September 22, 2015 from 2:30-4:30pm and 7:00-9:00pm. Funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday September 23, 2015 at 1:30pm. Interment at Anglican Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Woodstock Hospital Foundation or a charity of your choice.
