Hendrik Yzebrink

Yzebrink- Passed away surrounded by his loving family at the Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday October 5, 2008. Hendrik Yzebrink of Woodstock in his 88th year. Beloved and devoted husband of the Late Egberdina "Dini"J. Yzebrink (nee Kleinebuul)(2007). Dearly loved father of Hermina "Mini" Scheltema and her husband Bill of RR # 1, Woodstock and Sharlene Pullen and her husband Bob of RR # 1, Beachville. Cherished grandfather of Kim Lamour (Brian), Scott Mason (Loriann Lavoie), Barbara Fleming (Jason), Lisa Pearson (Brock), Shannon Hazen (Kris), Mark Pullen, Christine Pullen (Dave Ross) and great grandfather of Colton and Brittany Lamour, Brayden and Justin Fleming and Kyrson and Sloane Hazen. Dear brother of Fredrika Hoekman, Janny Koop, Tiny (Johan) Kampman, Eef Janssen and Gert-Jan (Mien) Ijzebrink and their families all in the Netherlands. Predeceased by two sisters and one brother. He was a longtime member of the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, Past President of the Woodstock Choralaires, owner of Hank Car Sales (Mazda) in Woodstock from 1971 - 1987, as well as a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55 Woodstock. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on ThursdayOctober 9, 2008 from 7-9 pm. The funeral service will be held at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 577 Norwich Ave., Woodstock on Friday October 10, 2008 at 11:00 am with Pastor Dirk Miedema officiating.
