Van't Klaphek, Helena "Lena" - Passed away peacefully at Woodstock Hospital on Sunday March 24, 2019 in her 94th year. Loved wife of the late Cornelis "Kees" Van't Klaphek (2015). Beloved mother to Marja and Jasper VanderBas, Edie and Piet Stam, Gerty Van't Klaphek and Wulf and Willy Van't Klaphek. Opoe to Keith (Jeofe), Lenette (Ed), Jeff, Peter (Cynthia), Wendy ( Kris), Edie (Ian), Nick (Eri), Jantine (Adam), Jacob (Rudin), Sarah, Joop and many great grandchildren. Lena immigrated to Canada from Holland in 1970 with her husband and children. She was a farmer through and through; she loved life in the country and helping out where ever needed on the farm. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Emmanuel Reformed Church, 170 Clarke St. Woodstock on Thursday March 28, 2019 from 10:00 am - 11:00 am, where the complete funeral service will be held in the sanctuary at 11:00 am with Pastor Pete Burrill. Luncheon to follow the service. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Emmanuel Reformed Church and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004.
