Swartz- Surrounded by her loving daughters, Helen T. Swartz of Gladstone Dr. Woodstock passed away at Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday September 7, 2003 after a courageous battle with cancer. She was in her 76th year. Beloved wife of the late William David Swartz (1994). Dear mother of Janice & Bob Byers of Peterborough, Karen & Colin Lauder of Pickering, Susan Burton of Woodstock, Louise & Dave Johnson of Oakville, Mary & Dale Robinson of St. Marys, Pam & Aart VanKekem of St. Catharines, Linda & Dan Kirkpatrick, Shirley & Ray Geerlinks all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Cathy Byers, Lynda & Joe Hotrum, Chris Lauder, Chris & John Burton, Nick & Dan Johnson, Matthew Roberts, Darcy & Tyson Robinson, Nicole, Jennifer & Chelsea VanKekem, David & William Kirkpatrick, Katelyn & Connor Geerlinks. Loved great grandmother of Riley, Hunter & Logan Hotrum. Cherished friend of Orval Anderson. Survived by sisters Marg Elliott of Ingersoll and Jean Haylow of Vancouver. Predeceased by siblings Mary Kirwin, Bill Johnson, Rose Moulton. Survived by several nieces , nephews, brothers & sisters-in-law. Friends may call at the R.D. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church 155 Oxford Street Woodstock Wednesday 11:00am with Father Michael O'Brien officiating.
