MARKHAM, Helen - At her residence on Friday March 1, 2013. Helen Miriam (nee Galpin) Markham of People Care Nursing Centre, Tavistock and formerly of Beale St., Woodstock in her 91st year. Beloved wife of the late Grant Eckhardt Markham (2001). Dear mother of Sharon Foreman and her husband John of Sweets Corners and Gary Markham and his wife Laurie of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Stephanie Neabel, Jason Foreman (Tracy Trimble), Danielle Markham (Eric Eagles) and Taylor Markham (Aaron Tamachi) and great grandmother to Jacob and Mackenzie Foreman. Dear sister of Gwen Boniface of London, Fred Galpin (Helen) of Niagara Falls and sister-in-law of Jean Markham of Woodstock, Joan and George Hammond of Ingersoll. Predeceased by her daughter Carol Neabel (1994), sister Eileen Making (Frank), sister-in-law Marg Galpin and brothers-in-law Jim Boniface and Ron Markham. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Helen was a founding member of Huron Park Baptist Church. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday March 4th, 2013 from 2 - 4 pm and 7-9pm. The complete funeral service will be held at Huron Park Baptist Church, 199 Berwick St., Woodstock on Tuesday at 1:30 pm. Interment later in the Harris St. Cemetery, Ingersoll.
