JONES, Heidi Jayne (nee Tapper)- Passed away peacefully after a long battle with cancer at the Juravinski Hospital- Hamilton on Tuesday March 13, 2018 in her 49th year. Beloved wife of Douglas Jones. Loving mother of Rhys and Kyle. Cherished daughter of Carol and Michael Reardon. Dear sister to Lloyd (Sandy) Tapper, Michael (Laura) Reardon, Andrew (Catherine) Tapper, Andrea Fox, and Alison (Nick) Ridley. Heidi will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and her aunty and cousins in Wales. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Tuesday March 20th, 2018 where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am.
