GARFAT, Hazel Pauline - Surrounded by her loving family, Hazel Pauline (nee Peckham) Garfat of Caressant Care, Woodstock and formerly of RR# 5 Ingersoll, passed away at her residence on Wednesday June 14, 2017 in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Weston Garfat (2008). Dear mother of Larry (Shirley) Garfat, Bob (Dorothy) Garfat, Pat Clendinning and Sandi (Ken Furler) Thomson. Loved grandmother of Jason (Corri), Sarah (Mike), Elizabeth (Keith), Adam (Heather), Dan (Lisa), Joe (Lindsay), Andrew (Melanie) , Mike (Pam), Tammy (Mike) and great grandmother to Nathan, Tyson, Dakota, Chloe, Payton, Keith, Ainsley, Tavish, Callum, Hazel, Baby C and Lexi. Dear sister-in-law of Irene Dibble, Jim Richardson, Ed Miles and Ken Sherman. Predeceased by her siblings; Donna Miles, Nora Dakin, Myrtle Sherman, George Peckham, Mary Pellow, Gertie Holmes and Viola Gravelle. Hazel was a long time member of Sweaburg United Church and life member of the U.C.W. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Monday June 19, 2017 from 2:30 - 4:30 and 7-9pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 1:30 pm with Rev.
