Thornton Harry Peacefully at Sakura House, Woodstock on Monday April 11, 2011. Harry Emerson Thornton of Kintore in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Jessie Weir (1992) and dear father of Beth and Robert Snow of Woodstock, George of RR # 2 Thamesford, Margaret (the late John) Ogar of London and Alfred of RR # 2 Thamesford. Also loved by 2 grandchildren Lisa and Robert and 4 great grandchildren. Brother of Gertrude (late Richard) England of London. Friends may call at the Harland B. Betzner funeral home 177 Dundas Street Thamesford on Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM where funeral service will be held on Thursday April 14, 2011 at 11 Am; Reverend Douglas Peck assisted by Pastor Irene Richardson officiating. Interment Kintore Methodist Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy memorial donations may be given to Sakura House, Woodstock or the charity of one's choice.
