PROPER- Peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Monday May 23rd 2011. Harold L. Proper of Woodstock in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of the late F. Elaine Proper (nee Roloson)(2006). Dear father of Mindah Wigle and her husband Ray, and Bruce and his wife Annette all of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Raymer (Mary), Rein (Jenn), Dustin and great grandfather of Bryce, Jaden and Quinn. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Vernal Proper and Blanche Proper-Shepherd, and his brothers Ralph and Melvin Proper. Harold farmed at RR#3 Norwich for many years before being employed with Hillview Farms in Woodstock. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock on Thursday, May 26 2011 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Friday May 27th 2011 at 1:30 pm.
