KROONDIJK, Harm - Born June 28, 1996 at Donkerbroek, Netherlands - Died March 12, 2016 at Toronto, Ontario, Canada after a courageous battle with Leukemia in his 20th year. Beloved son of Egbert and Johanna (nee Vogelzang) Kroondijk. Dear brother to Hans and Hilbert Kroondijk. He will be remembered by his Pake Hans Kroondijk and Tante Greetje, Pake Harm and Beppe Paulina Vogelzang. Harm will be sadly missed by his aunts, uncles, many cousins and extended family in Canada and Netherlands. Predeceased by his Beppe Hiltje (1998). Friends are invited to join the family at Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 735 Frontenac St., Woodstock on Thursday March 17, 2016 from 7-9pm, where the complete memorial service will be held on Friday at 11:00 am. A private family interment will have taken place in Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
