Gordon Daniel O'Rourke

O'ROURKE, Gordon Daniel - It is with broken hearts, the family announce the sudden passing of their precious little man Gordon.  He was the cherished first born son of Marie and Darryl O'Rourke, and big brother to Mack.  Beloved grandson of Gordon ( late Susan) Marshall, Dan and Colleen O'Rourke and great grandson of June Smith.  Loved nephew of Kate (Larry) Kalbfleisch, Scott Marshall, Shawn (Kerri-Ann) O'Rourke, Joe (Wendy) O'Rourke, Pat (Ann) O'Rourke, Shannon O'Rourke and Steve O'Rourke.  Gordie will be remembered with love by his cousins, Patrick, Kody, Michael, Elizabeth, Courtney and family, Kylie, Jadyn, Aliyah, Grace, Mark, Evie, Lauren, and many great aunts, uncles and cousins.  Gordie was happiest with a tool in his hand, most often his tape measure, or when playing outside with family, going for golfcart rides and helping in the garden.   Friends may visit with the family at Knox United Church, 116 Kincardine St., Embro on Monday October 4th 2021 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm.  A Funeral Service will follow in the Church at 1:00 pm with Rev. Susan Cole officiating.  Interment to take place at Old Log Church Cemetery.   Please RSVP on the funeral home website for the visitation and service times.  If desired, memorial contributions to the Children’s Hospital, London (LHSC) would be appreciated, and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock, ON.
