NEABEL, Gladys D. - At her residence on Friday March 16, 2012. Gladys Devina (nee Ward) Neabel of Caressant Care and formerly of Elizabeth St., Woodstock in her 93rd year. Beloved wife of the late Arthur Clifford Neabel (1992). Dear mother of Mauna Scott and her husband John of Woodstock, Marilyn Lacroix of London and Ron Neabel and his wife Donna of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Ian Scott, Lynn Counsell, Sherry O'Hagan (James), Paul Lacroix, Lilly McCarnan (Stephen) and great grandmother of Shauna, Brian, Dillon, Gwen, William and Stephenie. Dear sister of Hazel McKenzie (Frank) of Listowel. Predeceased by her grandson Jay Scott (1980) and by her brothers Gordon and Clarence "Pete". Gladys' flair for life was evident in the love she shared for her family and her talent in the garden. She was an exceptional gardener. Her natural ability to organize and track her flowers was admired by many. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Tuesday March 20, 2012 from 3-5 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 2:00 pm.
