MORRISON - At Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday November 2, 2003. Gerald E. Morrison of RR#6 Woodstock in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of B. Jean Morrison (nee Pendergast). Dear father of Lynda Reeves and her husband Wayne and Maggie Nielsen and her husband Harvey all of Woodstock and Marion Wearn and her husband Ernie of Drumbo. Loved grandfather of Adam and Wesley Reeves, Heather, Kate and Brent Nielsen and Jeffrey, Martin(Jennifer) and Matthew Wearn and great grandfather of Kendra and Michael Wearn . Dear brother -in-law of Marg Schraeder of Woodstock. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Marion Neville. Gerald was a Flight Lieutenant in WWII with the RCAF before transferring to the RAF. He was a member of the Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce and belonged to the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55, Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Wednesday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 11:00 am with Rev. Don Moore officiating. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Canadian Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
