PALLISTER - At Woodstock General Hospital on Monday March 28, 2005. George M. Pallister of Sloan St., Woodstock in his 77th year. Beloved husband of R. Elaine Pallister (nee Smith). Dear father of Robert (Susan) of Bothwell, James (Barbara) of Innerkip, Marie Pallister of London and Donald (Jeanine) of Woodstock. Loved grandfather of Gini Cook (Scott), Gregory (Cindy), James (Deb), Angela ,Jillian, Chris and Shauna Pallister, Jessy and Ben Woodhouse and great grandfather of Allyssa, Matthew, Jeffrey, Bradley and Gabriel. Dear brother of Norman Pallister of Long Point and sister Eleanor Branch of Woodstock. Predeceased by his brother Wilfred. George was active in the Woodstock and London Square Dancing Clubs. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (539-0004) on Thursday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Friday at 11:00am with Rev. Chris Little officiating. Interment later in the Innerkip Cemetery. Contributions to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Woodstock General Hospital Building Fund would be appreciated.
