George Robert Fournie

FOURNIE, Robert George- Passed away peacefully, at Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock on Sunday September 3, 2017. George Fournie formerly of Lampman Place, Woodstock in his 93rd year. Beloved husband of Verna Fournie (nee Crawford) and the late Norma Fournie (nee Giese)(1969). Much loved father of Patricia (David) Latford and Jan (Danny) Smith. Cherished grandfather of Rob Latford, Chris (Cheryl) Latford, Scott (Chantal) Latford, Steve (Laurie) MacQueen, and Jeffry (Lisa) MacQueen; great grandfather of Carly, Taylor, Jesse, Vanessa, Matthew, Hilary, Owen, Joel, Sofie, Madeline and Isabella, and great great grandfather of Easton. Predeceased by his sisters, Ethel, Lila, Elsie and his brothers Gordon, Bill, Peter and Alton. Cremation has taken place, with a private family interment at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery at a later date. George is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
