George Thomas Foster

FOSTER, George Thomas - Passed away peacefully at the Woodstock Hospital on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 in his 91st year. Loving husband of Catherine Foster for over 63 years. Cherished father to Tom (Kerri) Foster, Ed (Isabella) Foster, Ann (Mike) Chabot and Jim Foster. Loved Grandfather of Joshua, Jessica, Zach, Jenica, Luke, Selena and Great Grandfather to Clarissa. George also leaves behind his sisters Mary Mangolt and Genevieve Chapeskie. George will also be missed by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his brothers Joe, John and Bob.  Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004), on Friday November 29, 2019 from 6pm to 8pm. Mass will take place on Saturday November 30, 2019 at 1pm at the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish,1420 Devonshire Ave. in Woodstock with interment following at St. Mary’s Cemetery.  If desired, memorial contributions to Diabetes Canada or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be greatly appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
