Gary James Martin

MARTIN, Gary James - (July 15, 1947 - Oct. 6, 2016) Passed away peacefully with his family by his side at the Woodstock Hospital. Beloved husband of Jean (nee Proper). Loving father of Jamie (Lori) Martin and Carrie (Roger) Pilkey. Cherished grandfather of Alley, Ethan, Faith, and Kyle. Dear brother to Larry (Sharon) Martin of Burgessville. Also survived by his many sisters/brothers-in-law, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his parents Jim and Margaret (nee Card) Martin. Gary and his wife were avid campers, some of their best times were spent around a fire chatting into the wee hours of the night. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., (519-539-0004) on Monday October 10th, 2016 from 6 to 9 pm where the service will be held in the chapel on Tuesday at 11 am.
