DELONG, L. Garnet - At the Woodstock General Hospital on Friday September 2, 2011. L. Garnet Delong of RR# 2, Ingersoll in his 75th year. Beloved husband of Cecilia (nee Peori) Delong for over 55 years. Dear father of Jenny Bonneville of Cambridge, Donna Winter of Woodstock, Denise Becker of New Hamburg, Wayne Delong (Darlene) of Tiverton, Darren Delong (Gina) of Ingersoll, Derek Delong (Wendy) of Cambridge and Deb Heipel (Brian) of New Hamburg. Loved grandfather of fourteen Grandchildren and eight Great Grandchildren. Dear brother of Orville Delong of Cambridge, Dennis Delong of Tavistock and brother-in-law to Earle Robinson of Cambridge. Garnet is survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family and friends. Predeceased by his sister Andree Robinson. A celebration of Garnet's life will be held at a later date. Cremation has taken place.
