CASSELLS, Garnet C. - Passed away at his residence on Saturday December 2, 2017 in his 91st year. Beloved wife and best friend of Ruth Jean (nee McLeod) Cassells for over 67 years. Dear father of Suzanne (Richard) Martin, Norman (Loreen) Cassells and Janet (Tom) Jancetic. Loved grandfather of Kimberley, Jeffery, Amanda, Shawn and twelve great grandchildren. Dear brother-in-law to Dorothy Cassells. Predeceased by his sister Marie and by his brothers Thomas and Victor. Garnet was a long time employee of Canadian Pacific Railroad where he worked for many years as a conductor. Friends are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Thursday December 7, 2017 from 12:30 - 1:30 pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30 pm.
