Gail Ann (Formosa) Young

Gail Ann Young, a beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on August 29, 2023, in Tillsonburg, Ontario. Born in Toronto on November 30, 1953, to the late Louis and Margaret Formosa, Gail lived a full life characterized by love, compassion, and an unwavering spirit.

Gail was a treasured wife to Harold, with whom she shared many beautiful years of marriage. She was a devoted mother to Victoria and Michael, always encouraging them to pursue their dreams. Gail will also be missed by her many extended family members as well as friends.

Gail will be remembered for her kindness, her infectious laughter, and her ability to bring people together. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all those she touched. The family thanks everyone for their thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. Gail’s life was a blessing, her memory a treasure; she is loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.

In keeping with Gail’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at the Legion on Saturday, October 7th, 2023 from 12pm - 4pm.

In honor of Gail and in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Diabetes Association or the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
