MATHEWSON - In Innerkip on Sunday April 20, 2003. Gabriel "Gabe" J. Mathewson of Broadway St., Woodstock in his 21st year. Beloved son of Ruth Mathewson and her companion Norma Butler of Woodstock and William Mathewson and his wife Becki and their children of Alberta. Dear brother of Christine Mathewson (Brad Riddell), William Mathewson and his wife Melissa, Corry Mathewson, Michelle Siemens and husband Jeremy, Leanne Mathewson (Jay Suntjens), Daniel Mathewson, Joe Butler, Adam Butler. Loved grandson of Ada Britton and best friend of Sylvia King. Gabriel is also survived by his many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 539-0004, Tuesday 7-9pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday at 1:30pm with Reverend Ken Charlton officiating. Contributions to the Woodstock Salvation Army Youth Hostile would be appreciated.
