Barnett -At Bonnie Brae Nursing Home, Tavistock on Wednesday August 24, 2010, G. Sidney "Sid" Barnett formerly of Embro in his 89th year. Beloved husband of the late Marion Louise (nee Thompson) Barnett (2009). Dear father of David and his wife Betty Barnett. Loved grandfather of Heather Hack and her husband Ryan and great grandfather of Justin all of Guelph. Missed brother of Annie (late Roy) Baker of Drumbo. Predeceased by his parents Walter (Agnes) Barnett and brother Fred (Isabel) Barnett. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Friday August 27, 2010 from 7-9 pm, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 11:00 am with Lily Kamperferseck officiating. Cremation has taken place. Interment to take place at a later date in North Embro Cemetery.
