Frederick William "Fred" Williacy

February 14, 1942 — September 26, 2008

WILLIACY- Peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday September 26, 2008. Fred W. Williacy of Woodstock in his 67th year. Beloved husband of Agnes W. Williacy (nee Broadfoot). Loved father of Shawn and his wife Heather of Toronto. Dear brother of Heather Zinn and her husband Al of Woodstock, Bob Williacy and his wife Barb of Kitchener, Denis Williacy and his wife Mary Jane of Yellowknife. Dear brother-in-law of Don Broadfoot and his wife Evelyn, and Marie Broadfoot all of Stratford, The Venerable James Broadfoot and his wife Marion of London, Ken Broadfoot and his wife Mary of Kitchener, John Broadfoot and his wife Betty, Sharon Fetter and her husband Bruce, Glen Broadfoot and his wife Pat all of Stratford, Marlene Holden and her husband Bill of Embro. Also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by his infant daughter Michele, brother-in-law Howard Broadfoot, sister-in-law Jean Broadfoot and a nephew Jason Fetter. Fred was a member of the Oxford County Naval Veterans Association, actively involved with the Woodstock Renegades (formerly Woodstock Navy Vets) as well as an avid outdoor enthusiast. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Monday 2-4 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel Tuesday at 1:30 pm with Rev. Richard Jones officiating and assisted by The Venerable James Broadfoot. Interment in Princeton Cemetery.
