Frederick "Fred" Kirkpatrick
July 10, 1924 — March 6, 2006
KIRKPATRICK- After a courageous battle with cancer at the Woodstock General Hospital on Monday March 6, 2006. Fred Kirkpatrick of Knightsbridge Road Woodstock in his 82nd year. Beloved husband of Fran Kirkpatrick (nee Eaglestone) for over 57 years. Dear father of Cathy (Carole) of Florida, Ron (Lynette) of Grimsby and Steve (Nancy) of Ingersoll. Loved grandfather of 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dear brother of Robert and Mill Kirkpatrick of Woodstock and brother-in-law of Don and Edith Eaglestone of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. Predeceased by his parents David and Kate Kirkpatrick. Fred served during WW II in Europe and was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #55 Woodstock. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (539-0004) Wednesday 2:30 - 4:30 & 7-9 pm where the combined funeral service and legion service will be held in the chapel Thursday at 1:30 pm.
