Kelsey, Frederick Willis "Barber Fred" - With great courage entered into eternal peace at Sakura House Friday November 29, 2013 in his 71st year. Cherished husband of Helen (Pfafflein) for 50 years. Beloved father of Jennifer Jasin (Clarence) and Elaine Schneider (Allan). Loving Grandpa of Laura (James), Chris (Brittney), Jordan and Emily. Lovingly remembered by his sister Jean Ludwig (Phil) and brother-in-laws Ken Pfafflein (Louise) and Joe Lisacek. Will be missed by his many nieces and nephews, family and friends. Fred was predeceased by his parents Frederick & Jean Kelsey. Special thanks to the Palliative Care team at the Woodstock General Hospital and all the staff at Sakura House for the excellent care he received. The family will receive friends for a time of visitation at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004, on Monday December 2, 2013 from 2-4 and 7-9pm. The complete funeral service will be held in the chapel Tuesday at 11am. Cremation to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sakura House or Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated.
