Frederick William Carter

CARTER, Frederick William – Passed away on Sunday, June 23rd, 2019, one day shy of his 81st birthday.  Fred will be missed by Sharon Carter and his children Jeffery Carter, Pamela O’Rielly, step-son Joseph (Patricia) MacNeil, grand-children, Rebecca MacNeil and Edward O’Rielly. Brother of Patricia (Harley) Sutherland, Gerry (Nancy) Carter, Don (Janice) Carter, and Trudy (Len) Osler.  Interment will take place in Memory Gardens, 2723 Victoria Street North, Breslau, Ontario on Wednesday July 3rd, 2019 at 3:00 pm.  If desired, memorial contributions may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society, and may be arranged through the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Avenue, Woodstock (519-539-0004).  Personal online condolences at www.brockandvisser.com
