RHEA Franklin Chester - Passed away at home on September 8th , 2015 in his 57th year. Cherished brother of Al (Sharron) Rhea, Jim Rhea, Dianna (Ron) Skillings, Joe (Sue) Rhea, Delores Fruin, Donna Rudy (Wayne Gable), Doug (Liz) Rhea, David (Marilyn) Rhea, Bob (Margie) Rhea and Ronnie (Tracy) Rhea. Franklin is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and their families. Predeceased by his parents Frederick and Alice Rhea and his brother Tom Rhea. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Saturday September 12th, 2015 from 1:30 - 3:00 pm where the memorial service will be held in the chapel at 3:00 pm. Cremation has taken place. If desired, memorial contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated.
