BARBER, Frances Elizabeth (nee Clemens) - Peacefully, with her family by her side on September 7, 2018 at LHSC, in her 96th year. Beloved wife of the late Ernest Barber (1988). Dear mother of Jim (Donna) Patterson of Mason OH, John (Joyce) Frith of London ON, and the late Ken (2012) (Grace) Frith. Loving Grandmother to Doug (Elvira) Frith, Belinda (Rob) Smith, David (Stephanie) Frith, Patricia Smith, Beth Hance, Bonnie (Jerry) Wallace, Heather (Bryon) Steckly, Mark (Marie) Edwards, April Sackrider, Scott (Wendy) Edwards and the late Debra Frith (2008), and Russell Patterson (1978). Treasured Great Grandmother of Jeremy, Abigael, Brenna, Dante, Caleigh, Reese, Natasha, and Sonja. Predeceased by her parents Harry and Alice Clemens, her siblings Claude, Bud, Claire and Betty Clemens. She is survived by her best friend and cherished sister Irene Graham. Also loved by many nieces and nephews. She will be sadly missed by everyone who had the opportunity to know her. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St W Thamesford, (519-285-2427), on Sunday September 10th, 2018 from 2 to 4 pm and again on Monday from 10 to 11 am. The funeral service will take place at 11:00 am on Monday. Burial to follow at Ravenswood Cemetery, 7400 Lakeshore Rd Lambton Shores ON.
