Fortunato "Lucky" Urlando

Longtime business owner of Lucky's Hair Styles passed away peacefully at home with his loving family at his side. Best friend and  husband of Andrea for 51 years. Devoted son of the late Cesare and Caterina Urlando (Italy).  Cherished son in law to the late Pauline Pedley.  Survived by his sister Teresa Macri and sister in law Giulia Urlando. Brother in law to Joe and Judy Pedley, Don and Joyce Pedley, Jerry and Karen Pedley and Jim Pedley. Predeceased by his brothers Pasquale Urlando and Domenico Urlando, sister Maria Commisso and brothers in law Domenico Commisso, Cosimo Macri, Lou Pedley, sisters in law Teresa Urlando and Cathy Pedley . Dearly loved and idolized by his nieces and nephews.

He was a member of the BIA of Woodstock and a member of the Burford Golf Links for more than 30 years. He was an avid golfer and for many years enjoyed spending the winter months vacationing in Myrtle Beach with family and friends.

Lucky had a unique way of making everyone feel special. He will be forever loved and remembered by all who were LUCKY to have known him.

Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave, Woodstock, on Sunday June 25 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm.  Funeral Liturgy will take place in the funeral home chapel on Tuesday, June 27 at 10am, with a reception to follow.  Entombment at Beechwood Cemetery, Vaughan.  For those who wish, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society or to the Canadian Cancer Society.
