READHEAD, Florence A. - Passed away at her residence on Friday, April 17, 2020. Florence Audrey (nee Sly) Readhead of Woodingford Lodge, Woodstock and formerly of Hay St. Woodstock in her 96th year. Beloved partner of the late Edward W. Pitter. Loving mother of Lois (Don) Jackson, Edmund Readhead, and Anne Readhead (John Kuehnl-Cadwell). Dear grandmother of Tina (Matt) Gray, Susanne (Keith) Walker, Katie Smith, Brad (Julie) Taylor, Robin Jackson, Brandy (Michael) Holmes and great grandmother of Stephen, Austin, Dylan, James, Jack, Liam, Carter, Evan, Kris, Evan (Crystina), Chadd and Ella. Predeceased by her brother Cliff (Margaret) Sly. Florence was a past active volunteer at the Alzheimer Society Oxford County and thoroughly enjoyed being a “Care Clown” at the Woodstock General Hospital. A private Interment service will be held at Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery.
