GOFTON- At Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday May 4th 2003. Florence A. Gofton (nee Jolliffe) of Rathbourne Ave. Woodstock in her 92nd year. Beloved wife of George M. Gofton for over 63 years. Dear mother of Bill Gofton (Jackie) of Woodstock, Marilyn Tegler (John) of Peachtree City, Georgia and Doug Gofton (Angie) of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Mark Gofton (Jennifer), Scott Tegler (Helen), Marnie LaPointe (Dave), Jessica Tegler, Jeff Gofton (Laurel) and Jeremy Gofton and great grandmother of Tyler, Sydni, Clayton, Benjamin and Haileigh. Dear aunt of Joan Jolliffe of Oregon. Florence was predeceased by her brothers Leslie and Wilfred Jolliffe. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Av., Woodstock, 539-0004, on Wednesday 7-9pm, where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday at 1:30pm with Reverend Kirby Constable officiating. Interment in the Chesterfield Cemetery. Contributions to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Osteoporosis Society would be appreciated.
