PROULX, Fernande - Peacefully at her residence on Sunday December 29, 2013. Fernande "Fern" Proulx (nee Giguere) of Peoplecare Tavistock in her 82nd year. Beloved wife of Marcel Proulx for over 60 years. Cherished mother of Lucie (John) Bennett of Woodstock, Lise (Donny) Sim of Innerkip, Lynda (Dale) Hartley of Woodstock, Rene (Joanne) of Embro, Robert of Woodstock and Rita (Dwayne) Schuett of Ingersoll. Dear grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her sister Nicole (Rene) Jette of Stoke, Quebec and brother Gilles Giguere of Granby, Quebec, as well as several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her sisters Lucille Proulx and Therese Picard. Cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock 519-539-0004 on Friday January 3, 2014 from 7-9pm. The complete memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 2:00pm. Interment later in the St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
