Put your hope in God for I will yet praise him my Savior and my God." At Shalom Manor, Grimsby, on Tuesday December 30, 2003. Fedde "Fred" Visser of Grimsby in his 80th year. Beloved husband of Martje "Martha" Visser (nee Hoiting). Dear father of Albert(Caroline), Coby (Gaele), Wilma Hartman(Bert), Sid(Toby), Wendy Markus(Clarence), Betty Ann Scharringa (Rob) and Andrea Scharringa (Richard). Loved grandfather of 28 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren. Dear brother of Jan and Weis both of Holland. Predeceased by his brothers Willem and Andres. Fred was active in the C.L.A.C. for many years and a member of the John Knox Christian School Society and the Christian Heritage Party. Friends may call at the Maranatha Christian Reformed Church, 577 Norwich St., Woodstock on Friday 2:30 -4:30 and 7-9 pm, where the funeral service will be held Saturday at 11:00 am with Rev. Peter DeHahn officiating. Interment later in the Hillview Cemetery. Contributions to the Shalom Manor or the John Knox Christian School would be appreciated.
