MacLEOD- Peacefully at Woodstock General Hospital on Tuesday January 9, 2007. Evelyn M. MacLeod (nee Fitzpatrick) of Caressant Care Nursing Home and formerly of Willowgrove Crescent Woodstock in her 85th year. Beloved wife of the late Roddie A. MacLeod (2004). Dear mother of Dennis and his wife Stasia of Cambridge and Jill Ferguson and her husband David of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Sean MacLeod and his wife Jennifer of Kitchener, Samantha MacLeod and her husband Robert Swift of Cambridge and Roddie Ferguson of Toronto. Cherished great grandmother of Owen Swift. Dear sister of Rita Bordeleau, Sheila Moffit and Myrna Beaver all of Guelph. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother Raymond Fitzpatrick. Friends may call at the R.D. Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock 519-539-0004 Wednesday 2:30-4:30 and 7-9 pm. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Parish 904 Dundas Street Woodstock Thursday at 10:30 am with Father Chris Gevaert as celebrant. Interment St Mary Catholic Cemetery. Contributions to the Holy Trinity Catholic Parish Building Fund or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated. Parish prayers will be held at the funeral home Wednesday evening at 6:45 pm.
