Ethel Violetta (Sears) Mckay

McKay - After a lengthy battle with arthritis, Ethel Violetta McKay (nee Sears) of Woodstock passed away at her home on Friday May 14, 2004 in her 73rd year. Beloved wife of William "Bill" H. McKay for over 50 years. Dear mother of Bill and his wife Janet, Bob and his wife Sharon all of Woodstock, Jim and his wife Bobbi of Hamilton, Janice McKay and her husband Dave Rhea of Beachville and Joanne Gelyk and her husband Gary of London. Loved grandmother of Jaclyn (Gary), Stephanie (Shaun), Heather, Kelly, Jennifer, Jessica, Shannon, Kari, Tracy and great grandmother of Mackenzie, Josiah and Eliyah. Dear sister of Betty Sterling and Marg Attridge of Nova Scotia and Joy Walpole of Woodstock. Ethel is also survived by her dear friends Ron and Judy Ferrell of Woodstock. Predeceased by her son Murray and by her brother Bill. Following Ethel's wishes a private burial will take place at the Hillview Cemetery following cremation. Rev.
