BOWDEN, Esme Mary - At her residence on Thursday November 29, 2012. Esme Mary (nee Wilson) Bowden of People Care Nursing Home, Tavistock and formerly of Brantford in her 97th year. Beloved wife of the late G. Lincoln Bowden (1954). Dear mother of Sharon Bale and her late husband Bill of Woodstock and mother-in-law to Joy Bowden of Brantford. Dear grandmother of Christine Bale (Paul Kaniuk), Michael Bale (Jill), Kerry Gotham (Andrew) and great grandmother of Jadyn, Kennedi, Dylan, Paxton, Levi, Elise and Lincoln. Esme is also survived by her several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Ray Bowden (2003), sister Maise (Ed) Arms and by her brother Ken (Sally) Wilson. A private family service will be held at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, Woodstock, 519-539-0004. Cremation has taken place.
