WINSPEAR - Peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Woodstock General Hospital on Sunday September 14, 2008. Ernest Winspear of Blandford St. Woodstock in his 85th year. Beloved husband of Anna Winspear (nee Thompson) . Dear father of Tony and his wife Monikhone and their children Ernestine, Ambrosia and Arielle of California, Michael of Woodstock, Christopher and his wife Sandra and their children Nathan, Colby and the late Cain of Bracebridge, Maria Kirby and her husband Peter and their children John and Carter of Halifax, Nova Scotia, Lynn Thompson of Toronto, Ed and his wife Catherine and their children MyKayla and Luke of London, Hilda Winspear, Teresa Winspear, Trudie Douglas and her children Jared, Kirsten and the late Tyler all of Woodstock, John and his wife Tara and their children Paige and Meaghan of London. Also survived by family in England. Ernest was a member of the Knights of Columbus Council # 3515 Woodstock. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Trinity Catholic Community Parish 904 Dundas Street Woodstock Thursday September 18, 2008 at 11:00 am. Interment St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery.
