MURRAY, Elva Gertrude - Passed away at the Woodstock Private Hospital on Thursday November 26, 2015 in her 100th year. Beloved wife of the late Ray Kenneth Murray (2007). Loving niece of Winnifred (Ray) Thayer. Dear cousin of Bill Bennett (Merna) and their family, Brad (Kim), Jeff (Deb), Kevin (Linda) and Greg (Barb). Loved aunt of Suzanne (Jim) Lofgren and John Schenk. Elva was predeceased by her sister Ariel Schenk (Clare). Elva was a member of the Monday Afternoon Bridge Club for over 60 years, a member of the Wingate Raiders IODE, Chalmers United Church and former member of Women's Probus Club. Friends are invited to meet with the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock (519-539-0004) on Monday, December 7th, 2015 from 10:00 am. to 11:00 am. where the funeral service will be held in the chapel at 11:00 am.
