PHILLIPS, Elsie Ruby – In her 101st year went home to be with our Lord on June 18th, 2021. Wife of Hugh (1962). Mother of Patricia (Stewart) Munro and Betty (Jim) Huston. Grandmother to Hugh and Patti Huston and Kevin Munro. Mom enjoyed many years of being with the Woodstock Choralaires – the friendships, concerts and tours. Mom also enjoyed her time as a volunteer for different organizations. A private graveside service will be held at the Anglican Cemetery in Woodstock. If desired, memorial contributions to the Woodstock Hospital, VON Sakura House, or a charity of your choice would be appreciated.
