SHELTON, Elsie M.- At the Rockwood Terrace Nursing Home, Durham on , on Thursday August 29th , 2013. Elsie Mae Shelton (nee Gee) formerly of Devonshire Ave., Woodstock in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Vernon Lloyd Shelton (2005). Dear mother of Sharon Vivian and her late husband Glynn of Walkerton, and Helen Friend and her husband Andrew of Georgia . Loved grandmother of Mark Sears, Monique (Rich) Hooyenga, Rhonda Wilton and the late Michelle Sears. Cherished great-grandmother of Jordan, Matthew and Bryer. Predeceased by her sisters Marilyn Toxopeus and Rheta Webb. Elsie was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star as well as the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 55 Women's Auxiliary. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home, 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, 519-539-0004 on Wednesday September 4th 2013 from 2:30-4:30 & 7-9 pm where the funeral service will be held in the chapel on Thursday September 5th 2013 at 11:00 am with Rev. Ted Winter officiating. Interment in the Oxford Memorial Park Cemetery. If desired, memorial contributions to the Shrine Children's Burn Unit would be appreciated.
