Elsie "Mary" Lansdell

LANSDELL, Elsie "Mary" (nee Parkes) - Passed away peacefully at Earls Court Village on Saturday, December 5, 2015 in her 89th year. Mary was the beloved wife of Norm Lansdell for over 63 years. Loving mother to Susan Allan (John), Nancy Kernighan (Mark), John Lansdell (Jan), and Pete Lansdell (Joanne). Cherished grandmother to Jennifer, Chris, Meredith, Tyler (Rachel), Mallory, Jacklyn (Nate), Chad, Amanda (Bernie), Kate, Nicole, Shelby, Cole and Wyatt. Great-grandmother to Audrey and Cal. Mary was a former member of the Eastern Star (Nilestown Branch), Anglican Church Women, she was also an organist/choir member of ST. Luke's (Crumlin) and St. John's Anglican Churches. Friends will be received on Thursday, December 10th, 2015 from 2-4 & 7-9pm at the Brock & Visser Funeral Home, Thamesford Chapel, 177 Dundas St., Thamesford, ON 519-285-2427. The funeral will be held at St. John's Anglican Church, Thamesford on Friday, December11th, 2015 at 11:00am with Rev. Larry Edwards officiating. Interment in the St. John's Cemetery followed by a reception in the church hall. If desired, memorial contributions to the Parkinsons Society or St. John's Anglican Church would be appreciated and may be arranged through the funeral home.
