Elsie Margaret (Utley) Kempster

KEMPSTER, Elsie Margaret - At the Woodstock General Hospital survived by her loving family, on July 5, 2011. Elsie Margaret Kempster (nee Utley) in her 85th year. Beloved wife of Robert George "Slim" Kempster. Dear mother of James Robert (Wendy), Linda (Carl) Webster, and Nancy (late Len) Bucholtz. Loved grandmother of Bethany and Lindsey Kempster; Laura and Nathan (Karen) Webster. Also survived by her brother Stanley Utley, sisters-in-law Dorothy Utley, and Helen McCallum, as well as several half brothers and sisters Annie May, James Albert, Flora Irene, Oliver Edward, Arthur Isaiah, and Raymond John. Predeceased by her parents James Albert and Florence Elsie (nee Beauchamp) Utley, and brother Harold Utley. Elsie was a longtime member of the Norwich United Church, and volunteered at Caressant Care Nursing Home. Friends will be received at the Brock and Visser Funeral Home (formerly Longworth Funeral Home), 845 Devonshire Ave., Woodstock, (519-539-0004), on Saturday, July 16, 2011 after 12:30 pm, where the complete memorial service will be held in the chapel at 1:30 pm.
