HIGHTON- Peacefully at Caressant Care Nursing Home, Woodstock on Wednesday March 30th 2011. Elma May Highton (nee Beer) formerly of Victoria St. in her 86th year. Beloved wife of the late Harold R. Highton (2008). Dear mother of Janice Reynolds, Cheryl Milatz and her partner Bill Hutton, Paul and his wife Kathy all of Woodstock. Loved grandmother of Tracey (Marshall Sherman) Reynolds, Shawn (Alison) Reynolds, Chandra (Ricky Klassen) Milatz, Laurie (Adam Hutchinson) Highton, Brittany (Matt Longlade) Highton, and seven great grandchildren. Dear sister of Ethel McIntosh and sister-in-law of Marjorie Beer. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Eli and Ethel Beer, a brother Bill Beer and sister Marie Beer. Elma was a member of the Day Program at the Alzheimer Society. Friends may call at the Longworth Funeral Home 845 Devonshire Ave. Woodstock (519-539-0004) Sunday 7-9 pm where the complete funeral service will be held in the chapel on Monday at 11:00 am.
